1. Diesel Engine

a. Electric Engine Governor

Engine governor is the mechanism to maintain the constant engine speed. Our angle position sensor has been installed in the governor for the angle or stroke sensing of the actuator.

b. Exhaust Gas Treatment

Diesel engine tends to release harmful substances such as Nox and PM compared to the gasoline engine.
In order to restrain the generation of the harmful substances by improving the combustion efficiency of the engine, our angle position sensor is used for adjusting the injection amount and injection timing of the fuel injection pump in response to the control of the governor.

2. Bridge/ Wheel House 

Marine Engine Remote Control

Marine engine remote control is a device to control and monitor the engine speed and condition of the diesel engine from the bridge or the control room. Our angle position sensors are used as sensors for the control levers and control dials.

3. Maritime Satellite Antenna (INMARSAT)

On the shipboard, you can use the internet and phone call via a stationary satellite. In order to direct the antenna to the direction of the satellite correctly on the waves, our inclinometer is used to keep the horizontal level of the boat.

4. Cargo Crane

A cargo crane installed on the deck of the cargo ship, cargo vessel, and so on is used in loading and unloading work. Our angle position sensor has been installed for the angle sensing of the boom. Also, our multi-turn angle position sensor is used for measuring the number of rotations of the cargo winch and revolving angle detection of the slewing ring.

5. Trim / Heel

Our tilt sensor is used for the measurement or monitoring the trim and heel angle of the ship for keeping it in balance.

6. Others

a. Valve

To adjust the amount of ballast water and the flowing of the liquid cargo such as oil or LPG which is flowing through the pipes built in the tanker, the amount of ballast water and position of liquid cargo in the pipes can be adjusted as being controlled by the opening and the closing of the valve such as the butterfly valve. Our angle position sensor is used for the detection of the valve opening.

b. Stern Ramp/ Ro-Ro

CP-2UN Series: Contactless Angle Precision Potentiometer
CP-2UN is an MR-element angle sensor featuring compact size, low current consumption, and high output resolution. It is used for engine governor, tension control, and so on.
UV-JHA Series: Contactless Angle Precision Potentiometer
UV-JHA is a Hall-IC angle sensor enclosed in a plastic housing that offers a semi-hollow shaft enabling users to design shaft shape. It is used as the angle sensor for electric governor, control lever, and so on.
CP-16U Series: Contactless Angle Precision Potentiometer
CP-16U is a small TMR-element angle sensor. CP-16U is less affected by temperature changes and the output resolution is virtually infinite. Moreover, the current consumption is lower than that of the MR-element sensor. It is used as the position sensor for valve positioner and flowmeter and the angle sensing function is for tension control.
QP-3HB Series: Contactless Angle Precision Potentiometer
QP-3HB is a robust angle sensor enclosed a metal housing. It is used as the clutch stroke sensor and the pedal position sensor for vehicles, especially trucks, buses, and construction vehicles.

CP-45H Series: Contactless Angle Precision Potentiometer
CP-45H is a contactless type of CPP-45B conductive plastic potentiometer that offers the selection of various analog output such as ratio output, voltage output, or 4-20mA current output. It is used as a steering angle sensor for AVG, or angle sensor for engine remote control for the vessel. Also, it is the sensing component that works in conjunction with the gearbox in the CPP-45 Gear Head Series.
CP-xK Series: Contactless Angle Precision Potentiometer
CP-xK series is a contactless angle sensor using Hall-IC or MR-element that offers three different input voltages of 5V/ 8V/ 10V, and 2 kinds of analog output which are ratio output and 4-20mA current output. This series is used for many applications such as clutch stroke sensors for truck and bus, hydraulic pump, and swiper for the printing machine.
CP-2FJ Series: Contact Angle Precision Potentiometer
CP-2FJ series features a compact conductive plastic angle sensor with the 3mm diameter shaft.
It is suitable for an application that needs a narrow-angle measurement or smooth motion control because the output resolution is virtually infinite. CP-2FJ is used for many applications such as being the angle sensor for the joystick, the steering angle sensor for forklift, and so on.

CP-2FCG-6/ CP-2FBGJ-6: Contact Angle Precision Potentiometer
This is the smallest contact type angle sensor in our products. It does not come with the typical 3mm diameter shaft but a 6mm diameter shaft and it also uses drip-proof bearing in order to increase the drip-proof level.
CPP-45 Gear Head Series: Contact Multi-turn Precision Potentiometer
CPP-45 Gear Head Series is a multi-turn angle sensor which incorporates the CPP-45 conductive plastic potentiometer with a gearbox enabling measurement of up to more than 360 degrees depending on the gear ratio of the built-in gears in the box. This sensor is used for monitoring the float position of water gage and as a steering sensor for AVG and stroke sensor for injection machine and so on.
CP-2F Gear Head Series: Contact Multi-turn Precision Potentiometer
CP-2F Gear Head is a multi-turn angle sensor consisting of the sensing element of the CP-2FJ series and gears. It enables to measure up to more than 360degrees depending on the gear ratio of the built-in gears in the box. This multi-turn sensor is used as an angle sensor or rotational angle sensor for construction vehicles such as a crane and an angle sensor for the surveillance camera.
UV Series: Contactless Single Axis Inclinometer
UV Series consists of small tilt sensors that use the buoy-float pendulum mechanism as the inclination sensing component. It is superior for making narrow angle measurement. The response time of the UV Series is feasibly adjustable by changing the viscosity of the damper oil enclosed in the sensor body
PMP-SHT Series: Contactless Single Axis Inclinometer
PMP-SHT is a small tilt sensor using a spring plate pendulum as the inclination sensing component. It is superior for making narrow angle measurement like UV Series. By changing the viscosity of enclosed damper oil, response time and vibration resistance level can be adjusted. 
THD2000Z Series: MEMS Dual/ Single Axis Tilt Sensor
THD2000Z is a compact MEMS inclinometer that offers ±20°~±60° electrical tilt angle, Φ40mm (Φ1.57in) housing diameter, built-in connector, and analog output/ digital output. In addition, it also provides to the user the optional function for easy leveling of the horizontal positions.
